We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the leadership of our F&B operations and contribute to the continued development of our gastronomic concept. Brasserie The Julius offers a breakfast buffet, curated lunch menu, à la carte dining, bar service, and banquet events.
- Supporting the F&B Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and banquet events
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service across all F&B outlets
- Supervising, motivating, and training the F&B team
- Driving customer satisfaction, sales performance, and upselling
- Coordinating with other hotel departments
- Assisting with reporting, month-end closings, inventories, and stock management
- Monitoring warehouse and inventory processes
- Working with POS Mews system
- Experience in F&B operations, ideally in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience
- Customer-focused with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Organized, responsible, and flexible
- Interest in professional growth within gastronomy and hospitality
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- At least basic knowledge of Czech
- Experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), POS systems
- Stable background of the House of Julius Meinl, a family company with 160 years of tradition
